Hello, I did have an account with Daisy Trail and still have their software, do you still update their software? Failing that is there some way of removing saved work from the suite?

DaisyTrail stopped trading in 2017, I believe I had a email to say you must download all your digikits by a certain date. I just looked at there site and it says its now closed but there it says for support for craftartist contact communityplus and  For technical help please raise a support ticket.  whether these are still running I don't know.
Hope this can sort out your problem
