Hello all,

I am also new to MMS.  I have been digi scrapping since 1998. I enjoy doing small pages for my children's 6X4 albums.  They are all scrapbook pages not just picture pages.  Also do 8X8 for my albums.  Use iScrapbook and Photoshop elements.  Looking forward to using MMS5 in the future to have books printed.

My other hobbies are reading and photography.  I am a wife, mother of 6, stepmother to 1, grandmother of 5 and great-grandmother of 1, and they are all the main subjects of my scrapbooking.

Hi all, I go around the internet world as Annu, been married 7 years this july and have 3 daughters, I had no idea of the traditional scrapping but started digital scrapping in 2003 my baby brother was my inspiration and reason to get into this and now its just a way to find myself in all the chaos! [smile]
back when I started scrapping I always used my own papers and elements, although they were not that good but I always wanted to use my own products, I had no idea of what size to make either, all of my early pages are hardly 600 by 600 pixels! LOL
I started selling my products in January this year with MM and so far its been fun, oh and I love blog trains! I love to participate in them!
SO glad to be here

Hi everyone!   It's so nice to meet you all!  I'm Patty, I live near a small town, Blair, Nebraska.  Diane of ADB Designs, and I live just a country mile away from each other.  And together we are Over the Fence Designs.  I really love designing with my friend Diane, we both have similar styles so we really compliment each other!  I've been designing for a little over two years, and love it!  I used to be a payroll specialist, so it was quite the change for me!  I've been digi-scrapping for about 5 years.  I like it a lot more than paper scrapping, but I still have my paper stash [smile]  You know, just in case I get the urge to make a big mess again [smile]  LOL!

Hello All:
My name is Deidre and I have been scapbooking for nearly 20 years (yikes) and been digital for the past 7 or so.  I live in Southern California and have 2 lovely sons (age 10/13), a fantastic hubby and a few random pets (dog, guinea pigs, etc.).

Until now I have been using the Creative Memories Storybook Creator software and really really loved it. When I moved to a Mac (3 years ago), I tried out a few Mac oriented digital software packages, but none were as intuitive as Storybook.  I got Parallels to run Windows and that worked for the next couple years, but there are still glitches that occur using Windows and now that they are out of business its only going to get worse.  So I decided to re-test the waters of Mac digiscrap software.  I think I like MM5, but am not 100% sure yet ... I miss many of my favorite features (or cannot find them). As such I will be posting several 'can I do this' posts to try to get help.  So far I'm still using the demo of MM5 ... trying to decide if I should go all in.

Hey! My name is Addie and I'm a DSP refugee as well. I'm a mom to two great little boys and a full time teacher. I live in Alberta, Canada.

I love digi scrapping and am trying to find more time for it in my life again. I am currently CTing for K-Joi Studios where I make Quick Pages. They are a great way to quickly put a page together, just add a photo. You can also add more to them to suit your style. The rest of the time you'll find me scrapping my boys and heritage photos (DHs aunt has been transcribing her dad's diaries and I want to scrap those stories.

Hello Everyone.

My name is Tanya. My mini family consists of my boyfriend for 8 years- Shawn and his 13 year old daughter - Savannah. I work from home and sometimes my boss gives me projects that I can scrapbook.

I've been digital scrapbooking since 2005 - used it as form of therapy then turned into a hobby. Then in 2012 when my father passed I realize life to short so I took a stab at designing. I design and scrap under Ostrea Designs. Last month I realized I miss the interaction with other scrappers and joined three creative teams here at MM. 1) K-Joi studios creative team - where I create layouts, quick pages, templates and whatever I can come up with. 2) NutkinTailz Designs - create layouts. And 3) Becky's Creations - create layouts and templates. Each of these ladies have different styles, I am sure to have lots of fun creating wonderful layouts for them.

I look forward in working and getting to know everyone here [smile]

Hi Addie and Tanya!  So glad to see you here!  And I'm thrilled you are on my team!

Addie, I LOVE your siggy!

Tanya - we do have very different styles, but I've found I enjoy using both Becky's and Lesley's products.  If I stray too far away from my own style, sometimes I have a hard time scrapping.

Hello,

I am really new, having never made a scrapbook before, either paper or digital. But, that doesn't mean I don't have experience with art/photography! I have been an artist for more than 40 years and exhibited my paintings at galleries and shows in the USA. I also worked at a studio that produced art for wallpaper, bedding and fabric companies. I owned a shop at a Renaissance Festival for more than 15 years, sold it last spring.

I have two sons and one of them has two daughters. The oldest  is 13 and has been painting since she was about 2. I am glad she is also creative. [smile] The younger one is 10 and also draws and plays piano. [biggrin]

Last Aug, my Mom died, she was almost 89 years old. I inherited quite a few family photos that go back to the 1800s. I have some family history and have researched more here and there. I recently realized that if I didn't compile it into book form, that no one else would.  My sons ask questions about it from time to time and have expressed an interest. I was hoping to get some books printed for them, for Christmas.

So far, I have scanned and rephotographed the photos I would like to use. I have photoshop elements, which I would like to use in designing the pages. I just joined DSP a few weeks before they closed. I guess I need to fill in the parts I am not sure about, regarding making pages and books. I have a pretty good idea what I would like it to look like, but new ideas are welcome, too.

I am really looking forward to meeting you and hope we can bounce some ideas around!  [wave]
