When creating your scrapbook pages it can be very useful at times to duplicate the page.  However, if you are creating a photobook you may want that page to be duplicated and then mirrored to create a two page spread.  To do this in My Memories Suite it is extremely easy.  There are two options.  The first is to right-click the page in the thumbnail area below the canvas and choose Insert Duplicate Page Mirrored.  The second is to click the Insert menu at the top of the screen and choose Insert Duplicate Page Mirrored.

I took the layout (first image) and duplicated it mirrored.  I then went through and switched up the papers and the photos.  I will go through and add additional elements, but this should give you a basic idea of how it would look if you were to print a photobook from these pages. This simple featured makes it really easy to help you have nicely balanced pages.
